Al-Badr Plastic Company (an Egyptian joint stock company) was established in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 8 of 1997, which was replaced by Law No. 72 of 2017 and Law No. 159 of 1981. It was registered in the Alexandria Investment Commercial Register under No. 1410 on September 8, 2002.
The company was also listed on the Small and Medium Enterprises Stock Exchange (Nile Exchange).
The company's authorized capital is EGP 17,000,000 (seventeen million Egyptian pounds only), and its issued and paid-up capital is EGP 11,475,000 (eleven million, four hundred and seventy-five thousand Egyptian pounds only), comprising 22,950,000 shares with a nominal value of fifty piasters.
